- Payment & Billing Data: Transaction references, Razorpay payment identifiers, and billing invoices. We do not store raw credit card numbers or UPI PINs on our servers.
- Learning & Academic Data: Video completion progress, quiz attempts, assignments, certification verification records, and LMS login timestamps.
2. WhatsApp & Communication Policy
SkillKiwi uses WhatsApp, SMS, and transactional email as official communication channels to deliver your learning materials and workshop credentials.
Transactional & Learning Communications Include:
- Immediate booking confirmations, webinar joining links, and unique access codes.
- LMS portal login credentials (username and one-time password).
- Official webinar completion certificate download alerts.
3. Cookie & Session Policy
We utilize essential session cookies to maintain your login status, preserve learner progress, and ensure secure authentication. We do not sell tracking cookies to third-party ad networks.
4. Data Storage & Retention
Your learner account records and issued certificates remain securely stored in our encrypted database for permanent career verification and portfolio referencing.
5. Third-Party AI Services & Integrations
Our masterclasses and curriculums train students on modern AI platforms (e.g. OpenAI, Google Gemini, Sarvam AI, Midjourney, NotebookLM, ElevenLabs, Wispr Flow). When using these tools during practical assignments, learners interact with their respective third-party platforms subject to their independent terms and privacy guidelines.
6. Your Rights & Grievance Officer
Under Indian data protection laws, you retain the right to review, rectify, or request deletion of your personal contact data from our active mailing lists.
