- You authorize SkillKiwi to send webinar links, timetable updates, and LMS credentials to your registered WhatsApp mobile number.
- All communications are directly related to your enrolled program and learning support.
- You can opt-out at any time by contacting our support team at info@skillkiwi.ai.
3. License & Course Access
Registration grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable personal license to view workshop recordings and access LMS tutorials. Unauthorized recording, commercial redistribution, or sharing account logins is strictly prohibited.
4. Payments & Invoicing
All workshop fees (₹499) and institutional campus subscriptions are processed securely via authorized payment gateways (Razorpay). Digital GST invoices are generated upon successful payment.
5. Verifiable Certificates
Certificates of completion are awarded to learners who attend the live mastermind workshop or complete the designated online curriculum modules. Certificates contain unique verification credentials and can be authenticated online at any time.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.
